Annyeonghaseyo! Life is good. The MTC is great, and I'm loving the Korean language. It's my favorite part of the day. The grammar is extremely hard, however. The sentence "Always think about your investigators" is literally translated as "always investigators about think". Also, There are different levels of speech depending on who is older or younger than you, so there are conjugations for tense, permission, "want to", and negatives in 3 different levels. Thankfully we only are allowed to use 2: high form and middle form.
I've had some sacred experiences here. I'm having a great time. I'll explain in a bit.
So... the Spanish Plan. As you know, I'm fluent in Spanish, and I've been trying to keep up with the language by speaking to all the Spanish speaking elders and sisters. Their Spanish in a few days far surpasses my Korean after two weeks. It really is a hard language, my friends.
Anyway, We're getting a new group of Korean speaking missionaries on Wednesday, so I thought it would be quite interesting to pretend to not speak English for a week or two and see what they say about me, among other things. I will let you know how that works out. :)
Several days ago, I was praying to know if God was really there, and a few days after I began praying for an answer, I was studying with my companion across from some Japanese-speaking sisters. We began to converse, and a thought flew past me like a bullet as I said something to one of the sisters: Ask what her favorite scripture is. The thought was gone as soon as it came, but it left a significant impression enough for me to ask. She referred me to Micah 7:7-8. Read it. It was the answer to my prayers, and I knew Heavenly Father was there.
My friends, prayer works. Take time to tell God about your day. It was weird when someone told me to do it, but I did, and I felt His love as I told him about what was going on. I love you all. Thank you for reading, and I'll keep updates going as much as I can.

((Annyeonghaseyo! La vida es buena. El MTC es grande, y estoy amando el idioma coreano. Es mi parte favorita del día. La gramática es extremadamente difícil, sin embargo. La frase "Siempre piensan acerca de sus investigadores" se traduce literalmente como "siempre los investigadores acerca de pensar". Además, hay diferentes niveles de expresión en función de quién es más viejo o más joven que tú, por lo que hay conjugaciones para tenso, permiso, "querer", y negativos en 3 niveles diferentes. Afortunadamente sólo se nos permite utilizar 2: forma alta y forma intermedia.
He tenido algunas experiencias sagradas aquí. Me lo estoy pasando genial. Voy a explicar un poco.
Así que ... el Plan Español. Como ustedes saben, yo hablo fluido en español, y yo he estado tratando de mantenerse al día con la lengua al hablar con todos los Elderes y Hermanas de habla hispana . Su español en unos días supera con creces mi Coreano después de dos semanas. Realmente es un lenguaje duro, mis amigos.
De todos modos, estamos recibiendo un nuevo grupo de misioneros de habla coreano el miércoles, así que pensé que sería muy interesante fingir no hablar Inglés durante una semana o dos y ver lo que dicen de mí, entre otras cosas. Voy a hacerle saber cómo funciona eso. :)
Hace varios días, yo estaba orando para saber si Dios estaba realmente allí, y unos días después de que comencé a orar por una respuesta, yo estudiaba con mi compañero frente a algunas hermanas de habla japonesa. Empezamos a conversar, y un pensamiento voló por delante de mí como una bala, le dije algo a una de las hermanas: Pregunta cual es su escritura favorita. El pensamiento se había ido tan pronto como llegó, pero dejó una impresión suficientemente significativa para mí para preguntar. Ella me refirió a Miqueas 7: 7-8. Leélo. Fue la respuesta a mis oraciones, yo sabía mi Padre Celestial estaba allí.
Mis amigos, la oración funciona. Tómese el tiempo para decirle a Dios acerca de su día. Fue extraño cuando alguien me dijo que lo hiciera, pero lo hice, y sentí su amor como le hablé de lo que estaba pasando. Los amo a todos. Gracias por leer, y voy a seguir las actualizaciones lo más que pueda.

My parents sent me a care package with a journal that people wrote in before I left, as well as a bunch of Venezuelan candy & food. :) (Mis padres me enviaron un paquete con un diario donde la gente escribió antes de irme, así como un montón de dulces y comida venezolana. :))
