Hello all! Things are well, and I know the Lord is watching over all of us with His loving eye.
So, quick updates! Our investigator 안현빈 is doing very well. He's finished all the lessons, and now we just need to make some final preparations for his baptism. Hopefully things keep going well. And he really likes coming to church. We asked him why, and he just said, "because I like it". So, there's that, haha. :)
A recent convert turned 16 yesterday and was interviewed to become a priest! He will soon have the opportunity to baptize his younger sister if she makes the choice to be baptized. Family really is forever. :)
Also, I gave a talk on the restoration of the priesthood. It was actually really sudden... We looked at a schedule on Saturday, and realized that I was to give a talk, so Sunday morning I prepared as diligently as I could. It went well. My Korean is a lot better than even just a transfer ago, and I can get closer to the Korean people.
So, my talk was a decent length with decent content (lots of scriptures, because scriptures speak better Korean than me). I'll just testify that not only did God restore the priesthood, His power and authority, to the earth, but he restored the chance for families to be united forever, and I am so grateful for that in my life.
By the way, a super sweet temple missionary couple came to Dangjin to visit yesterday, and the husband asked me when I was going to the temple.... Next August.. when I go home, I will be so blessed to have the opportunity to go to the Seoul temple! All you missionaries that can attend the temple, treasure every moment when you go. The temple is one of the biggest blessings from God.

¡Hola a todos! Las cosas están bien, y sé que el Señor cuida de todos nosotros con sus ojos de amor.
Bueno, actualizaciones rápidas! Nuestro investigador 안현빈 está haciéndolo muy bien. Ha terminado todas las lecciones, y ahora sólo tenemos que hacer algunos preparativos finales para su bautismo. Con suerte las cosas seguirán así. Realmente le gusta venir a la iglesia. Le preguntamos por qué, y que acaba de decir, "porque me gusta". Por lo tanto, asi es, jaja. :)
Un recién convertido cumplió 16 años ayer y fue entrevistado para el sacerdocio! Pronto tendrá la oportunidad de bautizar a su hermana menor si se toma la decisión de ser bautizada. La familia realmente es para siempre. :)
Además, di un discurso sobre la restauración del sacerdocio. En realidad, fue muy repentino ... Nos fijamos en el horario el sábado, y nos dimos cuenta de que yo tenía que dar un discurso, así que el Domingo en la mañana lo preparé tan diligentemente como pude. Salió bien. Mi coreano es mucho mejor que hace incluso sólo una transferencia, y puede estar más cerca de la gente coreana.
Por lo tanto, mi discurso era de una longitud decente con contenido decente (un montón de escrituras, porque escrituras hablan mejor que yo el Coreano). Voy a dar mi testimonio de que Dios no sólo restauro el sacerdocio, su poder y autoridad en la tierra, pero hizo volver la posibilidad de que las familias sean unidas para siempre, y estoy muy agradecido por eso en mi vida.
Por cierto, una pareja de misioneros del templo super dulces llegaron a Dangjin a visitar ayer, y el marido me preguntó cuando iba al templo ....el próximo ano mes de agosto .. cuando vaya a casa, voy a ser muy afortunado de tener la oportunidad de ir al templo Seúl! A todo los misioneros que pueden asistir al templo, atesoren cada momento cuando vallan. El templo es una de las más grandes bendiciones de Dios.
